AI·Implmnt is a sole trader operated by Leo Paul Larkin, based in Dublin, Ireland. We provide AI guidance and implementation consulting services to Irish SMEs.

What data we collect
We collect personal data in two ways:
- Calendly bookings: When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you provide in the booking form. This data is processed by Calendly, Inc. under their own privacy policy.
- Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, device type, country) and does not include personally identifiable information or use cross-site tracking cookies.
We do not run our own server, database, or mailing list. We do not collect payment information directly — any payments are processed through third-party platforms.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation call.
- To deliver services you have engaged us for.
- To understand site performance and improve our content (analytics only).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
We rely on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:
- Pre-contractual steps / contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): processing your name and email to arrange and deliver a consultation.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): using anonymised analytics to understand and improve site performance. This does not override your rights or interests.
Data retention
- Booking and communication data is retained for the duration of our business relationship and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Anonymised analytics data is retained in accordance with Vercel's data retention policy.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification if your data is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") in certain circumstances.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
